As part of the allocation of bonus shares carried out on 18 November 2009, on the basis of one free share for fifty existing shares held, Pernod Ricard (Code ISIN: FR0000120693) informs its shareholders that the compensation price of each complete fractional right has been set at € 1,1625692.
This amount will be credited to the shareholders’ accounts from 9 December 2009 in proportion to their fractional entitlement.
